- Log food and exercise daily
- Track weight weekly
- Eat at least 5 servings of fruits and veggies every day, and at least 3 colors
- No artificial sweetener
- No drinking soda- drink water, tea, skim milk
- Take the stairs (I work on the 3rd floor, so taking the elevator is pure laziness)
- No eating vending machine food
- Bring lunch from home
- Eat out and drink alcohol only with friends (and in moderation)
- Use television commercial breaks for exercise (i.e. pushups, jumping jacks, plank)
- Do exercise I enjoy at least 4 days per week
- Eat no more than 2000 calories per day
My Goals
My main goals are to lose 30lbs, and to get more fit. But, since it can be hard to see progress with long-term goals, I made short-term goals to keep me on track. Here they are.
