I didn't lose any weight this week. I'm OK with that. I rocked it with exercise this week, and ate pretty well too. The weight isn't coming of quickly, but it is coming off. I was super excited this week to find that I'm down one pants size. My formerly too small jeans fit again. Yay!

And, I'm doing great with exercise. I'm staying super active. This week included two swims, a day of canoeing, a kickball game (yeah, it's awesome), a ballet class, a tennis match, and weightlifting (only once- it should have been at least twice).

This week's goals:

  • Lift weights at least twice
  • Continue logging my daily food intake
  • Swim at least 3 miles

What are your goals this week?

  1. I envy that you are a good swimmer. I've never been good at laps, even in my peak years. Goals for this week, are do my upper body routine lifting weights every other day, get my daily 4.6 miles of walking in at least 5 days this week instead of four, stay away from flour and sugar, and drink more water:)

    1. It's the runners that I envy. I know it's great exercise, but I just can't make myself enjoy it. Great goals you've got! I need to stay away from sugar too.

  2. That's a GREAT attitude to have!

I also envy that you're a good swimmer ;) Swimming makes up for the majority of my exercise (I have RA), but I'm not a pro, and I probably look rather hilarious.

  3. Your right, kickball is awesome! They need a professional televised league, I would watch it. I'm a good floater myself. As far as goals, Add a minute to both of my timed walks, eat more protein and less empty calories, add more omega 3 to the menu, call Donald Trump and see if we can do something about this world hunger problem.

  4. My goal is to foucs on workouts. Last week was way too busy with work, the kids' activites, and life in general. I have to carve out time to hit the road for several long walks. Keep up the good work!

  6. Staying the same weight wise is always a good thing. It's so much better than a gain. Great job on all of the activity!
